🚀 Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit homeducate.online and click "Sign Up". You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and enter your family name. No credit card required for the 14-day trial.

How long does setup take?

Most families complete the initial setup in 10-15 minutes. You'll add your students, select subjects, and optionally create your first timetable. Our onboarding wizard guides you through each step.

Do you offer training or tutorials?

Yes! We provide video tutorials, written guides, and a comprehensive help center. We also offer email support if you get stuck at any point.

💳 Account & Billing

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time (with prorated credit), or downgrade at your next renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period and won't be charged again.

Yes! Each student can have their own account with a simplified dashboard showing only their tasks and progress.

How do I export the portfolio for LA reviews?

Go to your dashboard and click "Export Portfolio". Choose your date range, select which students to include, and download the PDF. It includes timetables, work logs, progress, and more.

Can I use Homeducate on my phone?

Yes! Homeducate is fully responsive and works on all devices - desktop, tablet, and mobile phones through your web browser.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, all data is automatically backed up multiple times daily. We use Supabase (enterprise-grade database) with redundant backups and 99.9% uptime.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. You can export all your data at any time in CSV or PDF formats. Your data belongs to you.
